Overview
Founded in 1917 and renamed in 1991 after a major gift from the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation, the David Eccles School of Business has grown into one of the leading public business schools in the western United States. It is particularly well regarded for its entrepreneurship program, which consistently ranks among the top in the nation, as well as its finance, real estate, and business analytics offerings. The school benefits from Utah's booming 'Silicon Slopes' tech corridor, giving students close ties to venture capital, startups, and established companies alike.
